  • What are your service hours?
    • Our office is open Mon-Fri 8 - 5 and we offer morning or afternoon service calls - 8.00-1.00 or 12.00-5.00.
  • Do you service all types of units?
    • We are warranty service agents for Seeley International (this includes Braemar and Breezair) and can do non-warranty work on these and many other brands. We usually don't service log fires other than Rinnai ones. 
  • Can we purchase products in store?
    • We do have a showroom and a warehouse in Grovedale, Victoria where some products can be viewed and purchased.
  • I can't see the product I am after on your website, are you able to source it for me?
    • We can provide you with many more items than what we have listed here.  Please send us an email via our Contact page and detail the brand and model number of unit and the part you are after and we will get back to you.
  • Do you offer free quotes?
    • Yes. If you are looking for new heating, cooling or hot water solutions, give us a call on 5245 8471 and we can make a time to visit and provide a free, no obligation quote.
  • Do you offer rebates for installing more efficient units?
    • Yes. We can apply for VEECS (Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates) and STCs (Small-scale Technology Certificates) on your behalf if you upgrade your existing hot water service to a more energy efficient system under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.  This can save you $$$ on your new system.  Call us on  5245 8471 for a free, no obligation quote.
    • Do you offer non-gas alternatives?
      • Yes. We can provide alternatives to your current gas heating with electric ducting heating/cooling units or electric split systems. Rebates are available.
    • Do you offer Gas Safety Checks for Real Estates?
      • Yes. Our plumbers are licensed to undertake the gas safety check of all gas installations and fittings on a rental property as required every two years per current regulations.  Call us for a quote.
